Flower Farm

The Shepherd's Bouquet is a small 9-acre farm on the Ballston Spa and Galway border. We will grow a variety of flowers for bouquets as well as edible flowers for salads and desserts. As we grow, we hope to also become a small scale sheep dairy where we will create artisan cheeses from our sheep's milk.  

Our farm wants to embrace trying something different. We want to grow something different, eat something different, and never let our table get boring. Yes, we still love the classics and will never stop growing them, but if your plate or vase desires something unique, you have come to the right place!
